VIP All Access is the complete Tour weekend experience and our best-value ticket option.  It includes Saturday Tour of Homes admission, Toast to the Tour | Seaside Gala reserved seating, Sunset Soirée access, and a RESERVED guided golf cart experience during your selected time window — a combined value of approximately $450, offered at $250. VIP All Access guests will receive detailed check-in and timing instructions before Tour weekend. 

No. Sunset Soirée is a separate exclusive home experience at our VIP Private Residence and is not included with General Admission.  Guests must purchase a Sunset Soirée ticket or VIP All Access ticket to attend.  Open 2-6p Only.

Check-in details vary by ticket type and will be included in your ticket confirmation and pre-event communications.  Guests should review their ticket carefully for check-in location, wristband details, arrival times, and experience-specific instructions.
