“Beaches Town Center Agency, a non-profit, fosters preserving the unique character of the Atlantic and Neptune Beach central district. BTCA provides community initiatives, from environmentally sustainable landscapes to community art installations, outdoor relaxation areas, bicycle hubs, enhanced streetscaping, and holiday illumination through the ‘Season of Lights’ —enhancing the economic and cultural enjoyment for visitors and locals.”

“The Beaches Tour of Homes event mission is focused on community initiatives of the “Beaches Town Center Agency” non-porfit.

These initiatives include providing an educational scholarship program for future generations aspiring to design or build upon sustainable communities.  Our initiatives also include providing relief assistance to local military families impacted by home setbacks—a commitment and passion our sponsors share.”

Merchant Members share a vision of maintaining “The Beaches Town Center” as a great place to shop, dine, relax, and explore, as well as celebrate the history and spirit of the community.

The BTCMA is dedicated to bringing activity and awareness to the Beaches Town Center in Atlantic and Neptune Beach, Florida, for the growth of merchants, along with the enjoyment of visitors and local citizens.
